2nd graders

Please write about how you spent your summer vacation. Please include where you went, things that you did and what you brought back with you.

    I spent my summer vacation by being very lazy at different Florida beaches! I went to Panama City and Pesacola beach for a week. I loved walking on the sugary, brilliant white sand and looking at the magnificent sunsets. I also went to Cocoa beach and was there for the Fourth of July. It was awesome to stand on my hotel balcony and watch all of the different cities fireworks display! The fireworks sparkled and were so pretty!

    I really am sad that I didn't get to go anywhere. I am so jealous of the time you spent at the beach. I worked this summer at a private school with Ms. Burger. We had a good time learning about each other. I didn't bring anything back with me since I didn't go anywhere!!!

    Ken I went to cape cod and a giant blue whale came up to the boat. We also saw a bunch of humpback whales and baby pilot whales. Also a seal came up to the boat so we through fish to it.

    I spent my sumer going to Minnesota, Oregon, Washington, and the beach. I also went on a cruise. The cruise was more fun than anything else because it was my first cruise. We went to new mexico and the camon islands. In the camon islands i got really sick. In New Mexico I went snorcling. It took me awhile to fing something to bring back but then I saw a vikings bracleat. My brother made fun of me because I got a vikings braclet in New Mexico. But I told him what is better then a hand made braclet made by a mexican.

    I would like to spend $5 on app,s for my itouch. Then I would like to spend $5 on a lotery ticket I got 50,000 dollers! I spent 20,000 of it on a Mustang GT and I spent my last 30,000 on A five star hotel.

    One of the best summers was when I bulit a lemonaid stand. This is how it all started. I found some old wood in my garag. Then I picked some lemons from my own personal garden. After that I added some sugger and walla lemonaid. Next I put that in the frig and then went back to the wood. I put the wood in the places I wanted and nailed it togher. Finlly I put a tabe cloth on the stand got the lemonaid out and started selling. It was only being sold for ten cents each. People cept buying and buying it. I ended up makeing a whole five dollers. that was the best summer ever.

    Our class read some of the posts from your class. We are going to reply with all the things we did over the summer. We did all sorts of things and visited lots of places like: go to Boston, visited friends in Norfolk, VA., went to California, went to Key Biscayne, went on a cruise, went to Wet-n-Wild, went to Miami, went to Michigan, went to Puerto Rico, went to Myrtle Beach, went to Spain, went to Treasure Island. We went lots of places!
